Recombinant RNase inhibitor (porcine origin)

This product is an in vitro recombinant of porcine liver RNase inhibitor with similar properties to porcine liver and human placenta-derived RNase inhibitors, and can effectively inhibit RNase activity. It can inhibit RNase activity, but it cannot inhibit RNase H activity of reverse transcriptase. It can form a 1:1 complex with RNase A and inhibit the enzymatic activity of RNase, but the reaction is reversible, and the complex can be dissociated by urea and sulfhydryl reagents, which can revitalize RNase and irreversibly inactivate the inhibitor.
