Random primers (6mers)

This product is a 100 μM Random 6 mers Primer consisting of a random sequence of 6 deoxyribonucleotides that can be used as a general purpose non-specific primer. This product is dissolved in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH=8.0), 0.1 mM EDTA. It can be used for first-strand cDNA synthesis, cDNA library construction, RT-qPCR, RT-PCR and other experiments.
