Oligo dT (18T) primers

This product is a 50 μM Oligo dT(18T) Primer, which binds to the poly(A) tail of mRNA and is suitable for use with reverse transcriptase for cDNA synthesis. This product is dissolved in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH=8.0), 0.1 mM EDTA solution. It can be used for first-strand cDNA synthesis, cDNA library construction, RT-qPCR, RT-PCR and other experiments.
