Product Description

This product is a special reagent for qPCR using the probe method. It is a 2X Premix reagent, and the reaction solution is very simple to prepare. It is a 2X Premix reagent, and the reaction solution is easy to prepare. Pro Taq The HS system (mixed with Taq antibody) can effectively inhibit non-specific amplification, improve PCR amplification efficiency, and enable highly sensitive Real Time PCR reactions with good standard curves over a wide quantification region for accurate quantification and detection of target genes. Meanwhile, the reaction buffer is optimized for wide applicability and can be used for the amplification of various templates, especially suitable for the amplification of complex templates.

Example 1

This kit was used for the detection of Human by fluorescent probe qPCR method. TFRC Gene (GC content 38%), and the amount of template cDNA added (equivalent to the amount of Total RNA) was 100 ng ~ 1 pg. cDNA was synthesized using our own cDNA synthesizer. Evo M-MLV Reverse Transcription Kit II (with gDNA removal reagent for qPCR) (Code.AG11711). Quantification instrument used: ABI QuantStudioTM 5 Real-Time PCR Systems.

The results are shown above:
① The amplification efficiency was 99.74%, R2= 0.9999;
②Accurate quantification can be performed over a wide template range, with amplification curves showing good linearity over the range of 100 ng ~ 1 pg cDNA (equivalent to Total RNA amount).

Example 2

This kit was used for the detection of Human by fluorescent probe qPCR method. RPP30 The amount of template cDNA added (equivalent to the amount of Total RNA) was 100 ng ~ 1 pg. cDNA was synthesized using the cDNA synthesizer from our company. Evo M-MLV Reverse Transcription Kit II (with gDNA removal reagent for qPCR) (Code.AG11711). Quantification instrument used: ABI QuantStudioTM 5 Real-Time PCR Systems.

The results are shown above:
① The amplification efficiency was 97.28%, R2= 1.0000;
② Accurate quantification can be performed over a wide template range, and the amplification curve shows good linearity over the range of 100 ng ~ 1 pg cDNA (equivalent to Total RNA amount).

Example 3

This kit was used for the detection of Pig by the fluorescent probe qPCR method. TGFB1 The amount of template cDNA added (equivalent to the amount of Total RNA) was 10 ng ~ 1 pg. cDNA was synthesized using our own cDNA synthesizer. Evo M-MLV Reverse Transcription Kit II (with gDNA removal reagent for qPCR) (Code.AG11711). Quantification instrument used: ABI QuantStudioTM 5 Real-Time PCR Systems.

The results are shown above:
① The amplification efficiency was 96.45% and R2= 0.9999;
② Accurate quantification can be performed over a wide template range, and the amplification curve shows good linearity over the concentration range of 10 ng ~ 1 pg cDNA (equivalent to Total RNA amount).
