This is a specialized kit for One Step RT-qPCR using the probe method. Reverse transcription and qPCR reactions are completed in the same tube without additional tube opening or pipetting operations, which makes the operation easy and fast and effectively reduces the risk of contamination. At the same time, the product utilizes the Evo M-MLV Reverse transcriptase, integrated hot start enzyme Pro Taq With the superior performance of HS, it can efficiently synthesize cDNA and perform efficient and stable qPCR amplification in a short period of time. The product allows real-time monitoring of the amplified product, which greatly improves the sensitivity of monitoring and is ideal for the detection of viral RNA and other trace RNA.

Example 1

One Step RT-qPCR was performed using 293T cell Total RNA (200 ng~2 pg) as a template using this kit. TFRC Gene (GC content 38%).

The results are shown above:
① The amplification efficiency was 94.38% and R2= 0.9982;
② Accurate quantification can be performed over a wide template range, and the amplification curves of RT-qPCR reactions with 200 ng ~ 2 pg Total RNA show good linearity.

Example 2

One Step RT-qPCR using 293T cell Total RNA (200 ng~200 fg) as a template was performed using this kit to detect Human β Actin Gene (GC content 58.2%).

The results are shown above:
① The amplification efficiency was 94.08% and R2= 0.9994;
② Accurate quantification can be performed over a wide template range, and the amplification curves of RT-qPCR reactions with 200 ng ~ 200 fg Total RNA show good linearity.

Example 3

Mouse liver Total RNA (100 ng~1 pg) was used as a template for One Step RT-qPCR using this kit. ApoE Gene (GC content 63.2%).

The results are shown above:
① The amplification efficiency was 109.61 TP3T and R2= 0.9984;
② Accurate quantification can be performed over a wide template range, and the amplification curves of RT-qPCR reactions with 100 ng~1 pg Total RNA show good linearity.
