SteadyPure The Bacterial Genomic DNA Extraction Kit is designed to provide customers with a fast, simple and cost-effective method of extracting small amounts of bacterial genomic DNA. The DNA extracted by this kit is dissolved in water or Tris buffer and can be used directly for PCR amplification and DNA sequence analysis.

*1 AG21008 is not individually packaged and is a combination of 5 AG21007 products.
*2 These three components are packaged in Package 2-1 and should be stored at -20°C. The remaining components are packaged in Package 2-2 and should be stored at room temperature (15 - 25°C).
*3 Before using Buffer WB for the first time, please add 63 ml of 100% ethanol (so that Buffer WB: anhydrous ethanol = 3:7), mix it well, and mark the bottle.
Preservation Temperature:
Package 2-1 is stored at -20°C; Lysozyme (20 mg/ml) is melted and stored at 4°C for a long time.
Package 2-2 Store at room temperature (15 - 25°C) (precipitation may occur in some components at lower temperatures, so heat at 37°C until the precipitation disappears before use).
Transportation temperature:
Package 2-1 is shipped on dry ice or in -20°C ice packs;
Package 2-2 is shipped at room temperature.
