SteadyPure Plant Genomic DNA Extraction Kit Ver.2 is a product for rapid and efficient extraction of genomic DNA from simple and complex plants. The product adopts optimized lysis system, which has strong lysis ability for plant samples. During the extraction process, there is no need to use toxic phenol-chloroform extraction or time-consuming alcohol precipitation, and it can effectively remove impurities such as proteins and salts. The extracted genomic DNA is of good integrity, high purity, stable and reliable quality. The genomic DNA is dissolved in Elution Buffer or sterilized water, and can be used directly for PCR amplification, qPCR amplification, library construction, gDNA sequence analysis, etc.

*1 These two components are packaged in Package 2-1 and need to be stored at -20℃; the rest of the components are packaged in Package 2-2 and stored at room temperature (15 ~ 30℃).
*2 Before using Buffer BS-2 Ver.2 for the first time, add 18 ml of anhydrous ethanol (Buffer BS-2 Ver.2 to anhydrous ethanol volume ratio 2:3), mix well, and mark the bottle.
*3 Before using Buffer WB for the first time, please add 63 ml of anhydrous ethanol (Buffer WB to anhydrous ethanol volume ratio of 3:7), mix well and mark the bottle.
