This product is a kit for extracting genomic DNA from mammalian fresh or frozen blood and can handle blood samples with a wide range of anticoagulants. This product utilizes a unique lysis system that eliminates the need for toxic phenol-chloroform extraction and utilizes RCL Buffer to lyse red blood cells and collect leukocytes. The collected leukocytes are lysed and passed through the RCL Buffer. Blood DNA The Mini Column provides high purity and high yield of DNA, and the purified DNA can be used directly for PCR amplification and DNA sequence analysis.

AG21014 is not individually packaged and is a combination of 5 AG21013 products.
*1 Proteinase K (20 mg/ml) and RNase A (10 mg/ml) are packaged in Package 2-1 and stored at -20°C. The remaining components are packaged in Package 2-2 and stored at room temperature (15 ~ 25°C).
*2 RCL A and RCL B are mixed in the ratio of 1:4 before use to obtain Buffer RCL (erythrocyte lysate, this highly concentrated mixture can be stored at 4℃ for one month, in order to ensure the performance of the solution, it is recommended to use the solution now), and then the above mixture of Buffer RCL is diluted with sterilized water by a factor of 10 before use, and the diluted solution is required to be prepared and used now.
*3 Before using Buffer WB for the first time, please add 63 ml of 100% ethanol (so that Buffer WB: anhydrous ethanol is 3:7), mix well, mark the bottle and store at room temperature.
Preservation Temperature:
Package 2-1 is stored at -20°C;
Package 2-2 Store at room temperature (15 - 25°C) (precipitation may occur in some components at lower temperatures, so heat at 37°C until the precipitation disappears before use).
Transportation temperature:
Package 2-1 Transportation using dry ice or -20°C ice packs;
Package 2-2 is shipped at room temperature.
