RNase A is an endonuclease for the degradation of single stranded RNA. RNase A is an endonuclease that can be used to degrade single-stranded RNA, and is available in a solution form that is free of DNase enzyme contamination and does not require pre-heating. A Dilution Buffer for RNase A is included in the kit for easy dilution.
