DNA Ligation Kit

This is a DNA ligation kit based on the T4 DNA Ligase system. The composition is optimized for rapid DNA ligations with a small final reaction volume, and the ligation solution can be used directly for bacterial transformation without purification. Ligation Solution A contains T4 DNA Ligase and reaction buffer system; Ligation Solution B is a ligation enhancer, which can be used to assist in linear DNA fragment ligation, junction ligation, etc.; Ligation Solution C is a transformation enhancer, which helps to improve the efficiency of thermal transformation. Ligation Solution C is a conversion enhancer that helps to improve the efficiency of thermal conversion.
