This product is a ready-to-use three-color pre-stained protein standard, which can be used for electrophoresis without heating, dilution and addition of reducing agent. It is suitable for SDS-PAGE gel electrophoresis and protein transfer experiments. The product consists of 10 pre-stained proteins, the concentration of each protein is 0.1~0.4 mg/ml, and the molecular weight range is 10~180 KDa under the condition of Tris-Glycine buffer, among which the band of 25 KDa is green, the band of 75 KDa is red, and the rest are blue. The product can be used to determine the molecular weight of the target protein, and at the same time, it is convenient for real-time observation of electrophoresis status and membrane transfer efficiency.
