Product Description

This product utilizes M-MLV Reverse transcription kits for reverse transcription polymerase. The cDNA product is ready for qPCR. The 5X gDNA Clean Reaction Mix removes residual genomic DNA and ensures accurate quantitative results. Evo M-MLV RT Reaction Mix (Yellow) contains a yellow dye for visualization of reverse transcription pipetting to avoid missing reagents, and contains all the components required for reverse transcription reactions, optimized for Oligo dT (18T) Primer, Random 6 mers Primer dosage, making the reverse transcription products compatible with chimeric and probe-based methods. qPCR analysis, enabling efficient gene expression analysis.

5X Evo M-MLV RT Reaction Mix (Yellow) contains a yellow dye, the cDNA obtained by reverse transcription is yellow in color and can be used with different quantification reagents:

①Can be used with SYBR Green Premix with blue dye. Pro Taq HS qPCR Tracking Kit (Code No. AG11733) can be used to avoid pipetting errors and visualize the template pipetting process: add the cDNA (yellow) obtained from the reverse transcription of the product to the blue qPCR reaction solution, the solution will turn green, and you can confirm whether to add the template according to the color change, which is conducive to the addition of a large number of samples and reduces the probability of misoperation. Example 1

Mouse liver Total RNA (100 ng ~ 1 pg) was used as a template, and the genomic DNA was removed using this kit, then reverse transcription was performed, and using this cDNA as a template, 2 μl of the cDNA stock solution was taken, and the cDNA stock solution was extracted using SYBR Green Premix.
