Product Description

This product is ApexHF HS DNA Polymerase FL is a ready-to-use 2x PCR reaction premix. For the PCR reaction, only the template, primers and water are added to the premix for amplification. The product also contains a coloring reagent (light purple) for electrophoresis, which allows for agarose gel electrophoresis directly after the reaction is completed. This premix solution is easy to operate, minimizes human error, and results can be obtained in a short period of time. This product is very suitable for the amplification of long fragments, and can amplify DNA fragments up to 27 kb in length using Human gDNA as template; at the same time, it has the characteristics of high fidelity, high amplification efficiency, high annealing efficiency, and fast extension speed, etc. In addition, this product has been added to the Human gDNA template, and can be used as a template for the detection of long fragments. In addition, a monoclonal antibody that can inhibit the activity of DNA polymerase at room temperature has been added to this product, which can be used for Hot Start PCR, effectively inhibiting the formation of primer dimers and non-specific amplification.

Example 1

Using Human gDNA as a template, the kit amplifies DNA fragments of different lengths and is capable of amplifying 27 kb of DNA fragments.
