Total RNA (including Small RNA) can be extracted from nucleated or non-nucleated whole blood, serum, plasma and clots. Meanwhile, for the extraction and purification of Small RNA after removal of Total RNA, the corresponding extraction and purification methods are provided in this manual.
This product utilizes an improved lysis solution (with stronger lysis ability) and a special silicon matrix membrane for Small RNA ((< 200 nt) has a stronger adsorption capacity, so the extraction efficiency of Small RNA is higher. The purified RNA has high yield and good purity, and can be directly used in molecular biology experiments such as Northern hybridization, in vitro translation, RT-qPCR and library construction.

*1 Buffer BLS for small RNA is packaged in Package 2-1 and should be stored at 4℃; the rest of the components are packaged in Package 2-2 and stored at room temperature (15 ~ 30℃).
*2 Before using Buffer RWA for small RNA for the first time, please add 21 ml of anhydrous ethanol (the volume ratio of Buffer RWA for small RNA to anhydrous ethanol is 2:3), and before using Buffer RWB for the first time, please add 49 ml of anhydrous ethanol (the volume ratio of Buffer RWB to anhydrous ethanol is 3:7), mix well and store at room temperature. After mixing, label the bottle well and store it at room temperature.
*3 RNase Free Water is recommended to be stored at -20°C after opening.
*4 RNase Free Tubes are for elution of RNA only. Centrifuge tubes for pre-lysis should be provided.
