AccuNext CDI Junction Primers (Illumina, for RNA libraries)

AccuNext CDI Junction Primer (Illumina, for RNA libraries) is a dual-index PCR Junction Primer Kit for library construction on Illumina's high-throughput sequencing platform. The i5 Index Primer and i7 Index Primer are included in this product, which can be used to construct up to 96 different combinations of bipartite Index-tagged libraries, and can be used in conjunction with our RNA library construction products [e.g. AccuNext Strand-specific RNA Library Preparation Kit (Illumina) (Code No. AG12503 / AG12504)], to construct libraries suitable for sequencing on the Illumina high-throughput sequencing platform. All reagents provided in this product have been subjected to stringent quality control and functional validation to ensure the stability and reproducibility of library construction.

The structure of the final constructed sequencing library is shown below:

1. Can be used with a variety of RNA-Seq and DNA-Seq products, such as with the  AccuNext  Strand-specific RNA Library Preparation Kit (Illumina) (Code No. AG12503/AG12504) was used for library construction and Illumina platform sequencing.
2. Up to 96 different Index libraries can be constructed simultaneously.
