This product is based on the principle of LA PCR, and is manufactured using our excellent Accurate Taq The enzyme is a high-fidelity enzyme with 3’→5’ nucleic acid exonuclease activity (proofreading activity), which is ideal for amplification of DNA fragments of more than 10 kb and has good fidelity. The Taq monoclonal antibody is also included in the enzyme system for Hot Start PCR, which binds to and inhibits the Taq enzyme prior to the start of the reaction, thus inhibiting non-specific amplification caused by primer annealing or primer dimerization at low temperatures. The antibody is inactivated during the initial DNA denaturation step at the start of the PCR reaction and can therefore be used under routine PCR reaction conditions. Most PCR products have an A base at the 3’ end and can be cloned directly into T vectors. This product does not contain glycerol and can be used for lyophilization.
