Product Description
UNG Enzyme selectively hydrolyzes the uracil base and the N-glycosidic bond of the sugar-phosphate backbone of the dU-containing DNA strand, releasing free uracil, but it has no effect on the dU-free DNA strand and the RNA strand. The product is sensitive to temperature, and is completely and irreversibly inactivated by heat treatment at 50℃ for 10 min. This product does not contain glycerol and can be used for lyophilization.
