protease inhibitor

This product is a mixture of protease inhibitors containing Aprotinin, Bestatin, Leupeptin, Pepstatin A, PMSF, which can broadly inhibit proteases such as aminopeptidases, aspartic proteases, serine proteases, cysteine proteases and other proteases in a wide range of samples originated from plant and animal tissues, cells, bacteria, yeasts and so on. The product is dissolved in DMSO and supplied as 100X stock solution, which can be used in molecular biology experiments such as WB, Co-IP, Pull-down, IHC, kinase studies, MS analysis, and so on.
This product does not contain EDTA (a metalloproteinase inhibitor) and is particularly suitable for proteins with metal ion-dependent active centers.
