Product Description
This product is a recombinant protein obtained by constructing the Poly(A) Polymerase gene sequence of E. coli into a plasmid, recombinantly expressing and purifying it in E. coli. This product catalyzes the addition of ATP-converted AMP to the 3’ end of single-stranded RNA in a template-independent manner to form the Poly(A) tail.
