AccuNext CDI Junction Primers (Illumina, for DNA libraries)

This product is a dual Index PCR Junction Primer Kit for library construction on illumina's high-throughput sequencing platform. The i5 Index Primer and i7 Index Primer are included in this product, which can be used to construct up to 96 different combinations of bipartite Index-tagged libraries, and can be used in conjunction with DNA library construction products [e.g., using the company's AccuNext DNA Library Prep Kit for Illumina (Code No. AG12535 / AG12536) and AccuNext Short Adapter for DNA Library Kit ( Illumina) (Code No. AG12537 / AG12538)], constructs DNA libraries suitable for sequencing on the illumina high-throughput sequencing platform. All the reagents provided in this product have been subjected to strict quality control and functional validation to ensure the success rate of library construction.

The structure of the final constructed sequencing library is shown in Figure 1 below:
