Product Description

ApexHF HS DNA Polymerase FL is a high-fidelity DNA polymerase developed by our company, which is very suitable for amplification of long fragments. It is characterized by high fidelity, high amplification efficiency, high annealing efficiency, and fast extension speed, and can amplify DNA fragments up to 30 kb in length using human gDNA as template. The PCR reaction system in this product has been optimized by adding a unique extension factor, which improves the annealing efficiency and speeds up the extension, thus shortening the extension time and greatly reducing the PCR reaction time. This product is also suitable for amplifying templates with high GC content. In addition, a monoclonal antibody that inhibits the activity of DNA Polymerase at room temperature has been added to this product, which can be used for Hot Start PCR to effectively inhibit the formation of primer dimers and non-specific amplification.

Example 1

Different lengths of DNA fragments can be amplified using this kit. 40 kb can be amplified using λDNA as template (lanes 1~7), and 30 kb can be well amplified using Human gDNA as template (lanes 8~10).

Using Human gDNA as a template, this kit amplifies DNA fragments with different GC contents, and has good amplification of both high GC and high AT DNA fragments.

Rapid amplification of DNA fragments of different lengths using Human gDNA (lanes 1~5) or λDNA (lanes 6~10) templates can be achieved with this kit.

Example 4

Human gDNA was used as template and different template amounts (1 ng, 10 ng, 100 ng, 200 ng, 500 ng, 1 μg, 1.5 μg) were added to amplify 4 kb DNA fragments using this kit, and 4 kb DNA fragments were amplified with template amounts as low as 1 ng.
