This product is an amphoteric ionized anthocyanine dye, hydrophobic dye, and is compatible with SYPRO.® Orange has the same properties, and the HPLC results show that it is highly pure and free of impurities. This product is a fluorescent dye with excitation wavelengths of 300 nm, 470 nm and emission wavelength of 570 nm.
AGSYPRO Orange Protein Dye is a highly sensitive, ready-to-use fluorescent stain for the detection of total proteins separated by polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis (PAGE). In addition, AGSYPRO Orange has a very low emissivity in aqueous solution, and the fluorescence signal of AGSYPRO Orange is significantly enhanced by the increased binding of the dye to the hydrophobic structures of proteins during protein deconjugation caused by thermal denaturation of some proteins, so AGSYPRO Orange is also suitable for use in thermal denaturation and thermal transfer experiments of proteins. Therefore, AGSYPRO Orange can also be used in protein denaturation and heat transfer experiments.
