ApexHF HS DNA Polymerase CL is a high fidelity DNA polymerase with high specificity and excellent amplification. HS DNA Polymerase CL is a high-fidelity DNA polymerase with high specificity and excellent amplification properties. It has good adaptability to simple or complex templates, short or long PCR amplification, and it is especially suitable for long PCR amplification, and it is also effective for amplification of templates with high GC content, high AT content, and low starting volume. A monoclonal antibody that inhibits the activity of DNA polymerase at room temperature has been added to the product, which enables Hot Start PCR and effectively inhibits the formation of primer dimers and non-specific amplification. The reaction system in this product has been optimized to provide excellent amplification of crude samples.

Example 1

This product is used to amplify DNA fragments of different lengths, up to 32 kb using Human gDNA as a template.

The electrophoresis results are shown below:

Using Human gDNA as a template and adding different amounts of template (100 pg, 1 ng, 10 ng, 100 ng, 200 ng, 500 ng, 1 μg), a 4 kb DNA fragment can be amplified by using this product with a template addition of 100 pg of template.

Using Human gDNA as a template, this product amplifies DNA fragments with different GC contents, and has excellent amplification of both high GC and high AT DNA fragments.

Example 4

Tomato seeds, spinach leaves, bean sprout tips, rat tails and other materials were coarsely extracted as described below and used as templates to amplify different DNA fragments using this product.

Coarse extraction method:
① Take a certain amount of biological material (mouse tail ≤ 2 mm, mouse ear ≤ 5 mm).2Plant ≤ 5 mm2), add 100 μl of Extraction Buffer [components: 20 mM Tris-HCI (pH 8.0), 100 mM NaCl, 5 mM EDTA, 0.1% SDS] and 1 μl of Protease K (20 mg / ml).
② React at 60 ℃ for 5 min, and then react at 98 ℃ for 2 min.
③ Centrifuge at room temperature;
④ Take different volumes of supernatant and perform PCR reaction according to this product.
