Product Description

This product is ready-to-use Exp Taq Enzyme PCR reaction 2-fold pre-mix containing Exp Taq DNA Polymerase, dNTPs and optimized Buffer system; for PCR reaction, just add template, primer and water to the premixed solution for amplification. At the same time, this product has added the coloring reagents (blue and yellow pigments) required for electrophoresis, so that the reaction solution appears bright green, and agarose gel electrophoresis can be carried out directly after PCR. This premix solution is easy to operate, minimizes human error, reduces contamination that may be caused by multi-step operation, and results can be obtained in a short period of time.

This product is a PCR reaction system carefully optimized by applying the principle of LA PCR, and is manufactured with our superior performance PCR system. Accurate Taq The enzyme is enriched with a high-fidelity enzyme with partial 3′-5′ Exonuclease activity (Proof reading activity), which is ideal for PCR amplification of long fragments of DNA with good fidelity, and the PCR product has an A base at the 3’ end, which allows it to be cloned directly into T-vectors.
