Product Description
This product is designed for the amplification of GC-rich templates, and the DNA Polymerase and reaction buffer have been optimized for the amplification of complex, GC-rich cDNA and genomic DNA templates with low mismatch rates and high amplification. Most PCR products amplified with this product have an A base at the 3’ end and can be cloned directly into T vectors.
In order to obtain better amplification results, this product is equipped with two reaction buffers: 2X GC Reaction Buffer and GC Enhancer Buffer; generally it is recommended to use 2X GC Reaction Buffer to carry out the amplification reaction first, and if you can not get the desired results, you can add an appropriate amount of GC Enhancer Buffer.
