Product Description

This product is available from OD600 The plasmid DNA can be extracted from culture broth with OD ≤ 600 OD (e.g., the volume of broth is 300 ml when the OD value of broth is 2.0) to obtain as much as 1 mg of endotoxin-free plasmid DNA.The product adopts optimized alkaline lysis method and silica membrane adsorption technology combined with unique endotoxin removal system and rinsing system, which can effectively remove endotoxin, protein and other impurities while extracting the plasmid. The purified plasmid DNA has high yield and low endotoxin content, which can be directly used in transfection, in vitro transcription and translation, enzyme modification and other molecular biology experiments.
