This product is ready to use Exp Taq Enzyme PCR reaction 2-fold pre-mix containing Exp Taq HS DNA Polymerase, dNTPs, and optimized Buffer system, for PCR reaction, just add template, primers and water to the premix for amplification. This premix solution is easy to use, minimizes human error, reduces contamination caused by multiple steps, and results can be obtained in a short period of time. The Exp Taq enzyme is a carefully optimized DNA PCR reaction system that utilizes the principles of LA PCR and is ideal for PCR amplification of long DNA sequences.
The Taq monoclonal antibody is also incorporated into the enzyme system for Hot Start PCR, where it binds to and inhibits the Taq enzyme prior to the start of the reaction, thus inhibiting non-specific primer annealing or primer dimer amplification at low temperatures. The antibody is inactivated during the initial DNA denaturation step when the PCR reaction is initiated, so it can be used under routine PCR reaction conditions. Most PCR products obtained with this product have an A base at the 3’ end and can be cloned directly into T vectors.

② 2X Exp Taq HS PCR Master Mix Ver.2 has good amplification performance. It can amplify ~40 kb of DNA fragments using λDNA as template, and ~20 kb of DNA fragments using Human genomic DNA as template.
③ A monoclonal antibody that inhibits the activity of DNA polymerase is added to this product, enabling a hot start reaction. Before the PCR reaction, the antibody binds to and inhibits the activity of Taq enzyme, effectively inhibiting the formation of primer dimers and non-specific amplification.
