This product is designed to provide a rapid method for the purification and recovery of RNA from in vitro transcribed RNA products, RNA labeling products, crude RNA, and synthetic RNA. Up to 500 μg of RNA from various sources can be purified and recovered in a single reaction, and it is also suitable for the concentration of low concentration RNA. It is also suitable for the concentration of RNA at low concentration. The product adopts high binding magnetic bead microspheres and unique buffer system, which has strong adsorption capacity of nucleic acid, with the recovery rate as high as 90%, and effectively removes impurities such as proteins, buffer salts, and so on. The RNA recovered by this product has high purity and good integrity, and can be directly used in downstream experiments such as RT-PCR, RT-qPCR, RNA library construction and microarray analysis.

*1 RNA Purification Beads Avoid freezing or drying them out.
*2 RNA Purification Beads should be vortexed and shaken before each use so that they are fully suspended, otherwise inconsistent amounts of beads may be aspirated which may affect the ability of the beads to bind RNA.
*3 RNA Wash Buffer Before using for the first time, please add 24 ml of anhydrous ethanol (RNA Wash Buffer to anhydrous ethanol volume ratio 1 : 4). After mixing, label the bottle and store at 4℃.
