Product Description

This product is a one-step RT-PCR kit using RNA as template. Reverse transcription and PCR reactions are completed continuously in the same reaction system, which is easy and fast to operate, and there is no need to add any reagent during the reaction process, which can effectively reduce the risk of contamination.
This product has been optimized to realize the one-tube operation of reverse transcriptase, amplification enzyme and reaction buffer, which is easy and convenient to operate. The product integrates the superior reaction performance of Evo Super M-MLV Reverse transcriptase,Pro Taq HS DNA polymerase and auxiliary proteins, and optimize the buffer composition in the product, which makes the product has the characteristics of wide applicability to different templates, high amplification efficiency, high amplification yield, high detection sensitivity, etc., and is more convenient for the amplification analysis of RNA samples.
This product is added with dyes required for electrophoresis, so that electrophoresis can be performed directly after reaction, and results can be obtained more quickly.

One-step RT-PCR amplification of fragments of different lengths (129 bp-GC 38.0%, 319 bp-GC 53.7%, 780 bp-GC 63.7%, 1.5 kb- GC 43.0%, 3.4 kb-GC 48.8%, 3.8 kb-GC 38.9%, 5 kb-GC 39.5%, 7.5 kb-GC 42.8%, 8 kb-GC 42.9%, 13 kb-GC 50.9%).
