Product Overview
ApexHF HS DNA Polymerase FCL Master Mix is an optimized 2-fold concentration of high-fidelity enzyme premix that combines amplification success and amplification speed. The product is characterized by high amplification efficiency, high specificity, high fidelity, high annealing efficiency and fast amplification. The fastest amplification speed is up to 1 sec/kb for fragments within 2 kb, and the longest amplification speed is up to ~40 kb. At the same time, the product can effectively amplify templates with high GC, high AT content and low starting amount, and it can minimize human error and obtain the test results in a short time. The amplification can be performed by simply adding template and primers to the premixed solution, which can minimize human errors and obtain the test results in a short time.
In addition, a monoclonal antibody that inhibits the activity of DNA polymerase at room temperature has been added to this product, which enables Hot Start PCR and effectively inhibits the formation of primer dimers and non-specific amplification.
Product Advantages
1. Fast extension speed: the fastest amplification speed is up to 1 sec/kb for fragments up to 2 kb, 5 sec/kb for fragments from 2 to 6 kb, and 10 sec/kb for fragments from 6 to 10 kb.
2. Wide applicability of templates: suitable for all kinds of refined samples, compatible with coarse templates of animal and plant lysate, blood, bacterial fluids and so on.
3. Suitable for amplification of long fragments: 40 kb of DNA fragments using λDNA as a template; approximately 32 kb of DNA fragments using Human gDNA as a template.
4. Optimized reaction system with good adaptability to simple or complex templates, short fragments or long fragments PCR amplification. Efficient amplification of templates with high GC content, high AT content and low starting volume.
5. A monoclonal antibody capable of inhibiting DNA polymerase activity has been added, which binds to the enzyme to inhibit DNA polymerase activity prior to the PCR reaction, effectively inhibiting the formation of primer dimers and non-specific amplification.
6. This product is a 2X premix, only need to add the template and primers for PCR amplification, easy to operate. Storage temperature: -20℃.

5. The samples such as rat tail and rice leaf were simply lysed by proteinase K method [using our product Lysis Buffer for PCR (Code No. AG12306)], and 2 μl of the simple lysate was taken and amplified with the product, and both of them got good amplification results; meanwhile, 2 μl of the human blood sample and the sample of E. coli bacterial fluid were amplified directly with the product, and the amplification effect could be obtained very well. At the same time, the direct amplification of 2 μl of human blood and E. coli bacterial samples using this product also achieved good amplification results.
