AccuNext DNA cyclization kit (Illumina-to-MGl)

This product is a new generation of high-efficiency DNA cyclization kit tailored for the UW-MGI high-throughput sequencing platform, which is applicable to all amplification products of single- or dual-label PCR-conjugated libraries ligated to Illumina standards. The optimized reaction system and high-quality enzyme components significantly improve the efficiency and success rate of DNA template cyclization.
All reagents provided in this product have been subjected to strict quality control and functional validation to maximize the stability and reproducibility of the library construction, therefore, it is not recommended to change the dosage and concentration of any reaction components or replace the components in this product with other equivalent products to avoid obtaining undesirable experimental results. If replacement is needed, please verify it first.

1. Low starting volume requirement: supports 0.2 pmol input volume, which reduces the cost of sample consumption and broadens the application scenarios of precious samples.
