Product Description
This product is ready to use Exp Taq Enzyme PCR reaction 2-fold pre-mix containing Exp Taq DNA Polymerase, dNTPs, and optimized Buffer systems are used to amplify the PCR reaction by simply adding template, primers, and water to the premix. This premix solution is easy to use, minimizes human error, reduces contamination caused by multiple steps, and results can be obtained in a short period of time.
This product is made of our superior performance Accurate Taq The enzyme has a high-fidelity enzyme with partial 3′-5′ Exonuclease activity (Proof reading activity), which, together with the carefully optimized PCR Buffer system, is very suitable for PCR amplification of long fragments of DNA with good fidelity.
The PCR product has an A base at the 3’ end and can be cloned directly into a T vector.

Example 1

Using Human gDNA as template, this kit amplifies DNA fragments of different lengths, and can well amplify 20 kb DNA fragments.

Using λDNA as a template, the kit amplifies DNA fragments of different lengths, and is able to amplify 40 kb of DNA fragments.

Example 3

Different amounts of DNA template (5 ng, 1 ng, 100 pg, 10 pg, 1 pg, 100 fg) of λDNA were used as templates, and 15 kb DNA fragments were added to amplify the DNA fragments using this kit with a sensitivity of 100 fg.
