2X L-Exp Taq HS PCR Premix

This product is ready to use L-Exp Taq Enzyme PCR reaction 2-fold pre-mix containing L-Exp Taq HS DNA Polymerase, dNTPs, and optimized Buffer system, for PCR reaction, just add template, primers and water to the premix for amplification. This premix solution is easy to use, minimizes human error, reduces contamination caused by multiple steps, and results can be obtained in a short period of time.
included L-Exp Taq The enzyme is a carefully optimized DNA PCR reaction system that utilizes the principles of LA PCR and is ideal for PCR amplification of long fragments and complex DNA sequences. The enzyme system also includes a monoclonal antibody to Taq for Hot Start PCR, which binds to and inhibits the Taq enzyme prior to the start of the reaction, thus inhibiting non-specific amplification caused by primer annealing or primer dimerization at low temperatures. The antibody is inactivated during the initial DNA denaturation step when the PCR reaction is initiated, so it can be used under routine PCR reaction conditions. Most PCR products obtained with this product have an A base at the 3’ end and can be cloned directly into T vectors.
