Multiplex DNA Polymerase is a 2-fold pre-mixed multiplex PCR product that can simultaneously detect multiple genes in a single PCR reaction system, and is suitable for multiplex PCR amplification of DNA fragments up to 2 kb. Multiplex DNA Polymerase lacks the 5’→3’ nucleic acid exonuclease activity of wild-type Taq, and is highly sensitive, efficient and specific. Multiplex DNA Polymerase lacks the 5'→3' exonuclease activity of wild-type Taq and is characterized by high sensitivity, high amplification efficiency and high specificity.
This product contains the necessary pigment reagent for electrophoresis, and the solution of the product is purple-red in color; when using this product, it is only necessary to add the template, primer and water to the solution to carry out the PCR reaction; after the PCR reaction, electrophoresis can be carried out directly, which is easy to operate, minimizing the human error, and the test results can be obtained in a relatively short period of time. In addition, monoclonal antibody that can inhibit the activity of DNA Polymerase at room temperature is added to this product, which can perform Hot Start PCR and effectively inhibit the formation of primer dimer and non-specific amplification.
① This product is characterized by high sensitivity, high amplification efficiency and high specificity.
② Wide range of applications, capable of amplifying multiplexed PCRs with different template types, at least 20-fold DNA fragments can be amplified using Human gDNA as template, and at least 9-fold DNA fragments can be amplified using λDNA as template.
③ The product is a 2X premix, adding template, primer and water to carry out the PCR reaction, easy to operate, and can minimize human error.
This product contains the color reagent (purple) necessary for electrophoresis, and can be used for electrophoresis directly after the PCR reaction, so that test results can be obtained in a short time.
