2X Pro Taq Premix (with dyes)

This product was developed by applying the principle of LA PCR and using our superior performance PCR system. Accurate Taq The enzyme has a high fidelity enzyme with 3′ → 5′ Exonuclease activity (Proof reading activity), which is ideal for the amplification of DNA fragments over 10 kb and has good fidelity properties. This product is ready-to-use. Pro Taq The Enzyme PCR reaction is a 2-fold pre-mixed solution, which also contains color reagents (blue and yellow pigments) for electrophoresis testing, and can be used for gel electrophoresis directly after the PCR reaction, with the reaction solution appearing in a bright green color. The PCR reaction can be amplified by adding template and primers to the premix. This premix is easy to use, minimizes human error and provides results in a short period of time. Most PCR products have an A base at the 3’ end and can be cloned directly into T vectors.
