Pro Taq DNA Polymerase is synthesized on our superior performance Accurate Taq The enzyme is enriched with a high fidelity enzyme with 3′→5′ Exonuclease activity (Proof reading activity), which is ideal for the amplification of DNA fragments above 10 kb and has good fidelity properties. This product is a 2-fold PCR reaction premix, containing Pro Taq DNA Polymerase, dNTPs and optimized Buffer system, PCR reaction, just add template, primer and water to the premixed solution for amplification. At the same time, the coloring reagent required for electrophoresis test is also added, and the product solution is purple-red in color, so that polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis or agarose gel electrophoresis can be carried out directly after the PCR reaction is completed. This premixed solution is easy to operate, minimizes human error, reduces contamination caused by multiple steps, and results can be obtained in a short period of time. The product has an A base at the 3’ end and can be cloned directly into T vector.
This product is optimized for polyacrylamide gel detection and PCR products can be directly electrophoresed on polyacrylamide or agarose gels. The product contains violet dye, which eliminates the need to add electrophoresis buffer and results in a light violet-red color band on electrophoresis.
