Product Description
This is a 6X Loading Buffer for gel electrophoresis that contains dyes (Xylene Cyanol and Bromophenol Blue) to indicate the extent of electrophoresis, and glycerol to increase the density of the sample, allowing it to settle to the bottom of the spotting wells and preventing it from drifting out of the wells.
