AccuFect Cell transfection kit (nanopolymer method)

This product is a transfection reagent composed of nanopolymers for transfection of plasmid DNA into eukaryotic cells. The principle is that plasmid DNA and nanopolymer form a multimeric complex, attach to the surface of the cell membrane, and enter into the cell by endocytosis, transcription and expression in the cell. This method is characterized by high transfection efficiency, good reproducibility, simple operation and no obvious cytotoxicity for common mammalian cells. The product is basically unaffected by the presence of serum and antibiotics in the cell culture medium, and can be used to transfect cells in the presence of serum and antibiotics.
