AccuNext Transposome Building Adaptor Primers (Illumina)

This is a dual-index PCR Junction Primer Kit for illumina High-Throughput Sequencing platform library construction, specifically designed to work with the AccuNext The Fast Tagment DNA Library Prep Kit for Illumina is designed for use with Code No. AG12518 / AG12519 / AG12520 / AG12521 / AG12522 / AG12523 / AG12524 / AG12525. This product contains the N5 index Primer ( N5XX ) and the N7 index Primer ( N7XX ), which can be used to construct up to 96 different combinations of bipartite Index-tagged libraries. All the reagents provided in this product have been subjected to strict quality control and functional validation to ensure the stability and reproducibility of library construction to the greatest extent possible.
