Product Description

Accurate Taq HS DNA Polymerase (without 5’→3′ exonuclease activity) is a modified DNA polymerase based on Taq DNA Polymerase, which lacks the 5’→3’ exonuclease activity of wild-type Taq, and is paired with an optimized reaction buffer for strong amplification performance. With the optimized reaction buffer, it has strong amplification performance and can effectively amplify templates with high GC content, high AT content and low starting amount. In addition, a monoclonal antibody that inhibits the activity of DNA Polymerase at room temperature has been added to the product, which can be used for Hot Start PCR to effectively inhibit the formation of primer dimers and non-specific amplification.

Example 1

The product can be used to amplify DNA fragments of different lengths, using Human gDNA as a template, it can amplify DNA fragments of 4kb; using λDNA as a template, it can amplify DNA fragments of 10 kb.
The electrophoresis results are shown below:

Example 2

Using Human gDNA as template and different template amounts (1 ng, 10 ng, 100 ng, 200 ng, 500 ng, 1 μg), the product was used to amplify 2 kb DNA fragments, and the target bands could still be amplified even with template amounts as low as 1 ng.

Example 3

Using Human gDNA as template, this product can amplify 207 bp - 1535 bp DNA fragments, and can successfully amplify five-fold fragments.
