Accurate Taq HS DNA polymerase (without glycerol)

This product is Accurate Taq A mixture of enzyme and Taq monoclonal antibody for Hot Start PCR, the antibody binds to and inhibits the Taq enzyme prior to the start of the reaction, thus inhibiting non-specific primer annealing or non-specific amplification caused by primer dimerization at low temperatures. The antibody is inactivated during the initial DNA denaturation step at the start of the PCR reaction and can therefore be used under normal PCR reaction conditions. The PCR product obtained with this product has an A base at the 3’ end and can be directly cloned into T vectors. It is glycerol-free and can be used for lyophilization.
