This is a ready-to-use 2X premix for rapid PCR reactions. To perform a PCR reaction, simply add template and primers to the premix for amplification, which is easy to use and minimizes human error. The Super Taq DNA Polymerase has excellent amplification efficiency, anti-interference properties, amplification speed, amplification sensitivity and amplification specificity. Combined with the optimized buffer, it can perform rapid PCR reactions, with amplification speeds as fast as 1 sec/kb for up to 2 kb, which greatly saves PCR reaction time.
The product also contains a pigmented reagent for electrophoretic testing, which gives a purplish-red coloration and allows direct electrophoretic detection at the end of the PCR run, giving results in a short time. Most PCR products have an A base at the 3’ end and can be cloned directly into T vectors.
