ApexDirect DNA Polymerase is a high performance DNA polymerase with excellent amplification properties and wide template applicability for routine PCR amplification. It is also resistant to inhibitors and is particularly suitable for direct PCR of blood, animal and plant tissues. It can be used to amplify templates with high GC content, high AT content and low starting volume.

Example 1

This kit was used to amplify DNA fragments with different GC contents, and it amplified both high GC and high AT DNA fragments very well.

Example 2

Using Human gDNA as template and adding different template amounts (500 ng, 200 ng, 100 ng, 10 ng, 1 ng, 100 pg), a 2 kb DNA fragment can be amplified with 100 pg template amount using this kit.
