Product Description

This product is ApexHF HS DNA Polymerase CL is a ready-to-use 2x PCR reaction premix. For the PCR reaction, simply add template, primers and water to the premix for amplification. This premix solution is easy to use, minimizes human error, and provides results in a short period of time. The product has good adaptability to simple or complex templates, short fragments or long fragments PCR amplification, especially suitable for long fragment PCR amplification, and at the same time, it can effectively amplify templates with high GC content, high AT content and low starting volume. In addition, a monoclonal antibody that inhibits the activity of DNA polymerase at room temperature is added to the product, which enables Hot Start PCR and effectively inhibits the formation of primer dimers and non-specific amplification.

Example 1

Using Human gDNA as a template, this product can amplify DNA fragments of different lengths, and is capable of amplifying DNA fragments of up to 32 kb.

Using Human gDNA as a template, this product can be used to rapidly amplify DNA fragments of different lengths. 6 kb of DNA fragments can be amplified with an extension time of 30 sec.

Using Human gDNA as a template and different template amounts (500 ng, 200 ng, 100 ng, 10 ng, 1 ng, 100 pg), the kit amplifies 4 kb DNA fragments, and at template amounts as low as 1 ng, the target fragments can be amplified at a rate of 5 sec/kb.
