This product is ApexHF HS DNA Polymerase FL is a ready-to-use 2x PCR reaction premix. For the PCR reaction, simply add template, primers and water to the premix for amplification. This premix is easy to use, minimizes human error, and provides results in a short period of time. The product is very suitable for the amplification of long fragments, using Human gDNA as template, it can amplify DNA fragments up to 30 kb in length; at the same time, it has the characteristics of high fidelity, high amplification efficiency, high annealing efficiency and fast extension speed. In addition, a monoclonal antibody that can inhibit the activity of DNA polymerase at room temperature is added to this product, which can be used for Hot Start PCR, effectively inhibiting the formation of primer dimers and non-specific amplification.

Example 1
Using Human gDNA as a template (lanes 1 to 4), a 30 kb fragment of DNA was amplified; using λDNA as a template (lanes 5 to 8), a 40 kb fragment of DNA was amplified.

Human gDNA was used as a template to amplify DNA fragments with different GC contents, and both high GC and high AT DNA fragments were well amplified.

Using Human gDNA as template, the kit can rapidly amplify DNA fragments of different lengths. 4 kb DNA fragments can be amplified with an extension time of 5 sec; 6 kb DNA fragments can be amplified with an extension time of 10 sec.

Using Human gDNA as template, different template amounts (500 ng, 200 ng, 100 ng, 10 ng, 1 ng, 100 pg) were added to amplify 4 kb DNA fragments, and with template amounts as low as 1 ng, the target fragments could be amplified at a rate of 5 sec/kb.
