ApexHF HS DNA Polymerase - FS

ApexHF HS DNA Polymerase FS is a high-fidelity DNA polymerase characterized by high amplification efficiency, high sensitivity, high specificity, high annealing efficiency and fast extension speed. The PCR reaction system in this product has been optimized by adding a unique extension factor, which improves the annealing efficiency and extension speed, thus shortening the extension time, greatly reducing the PCR reaction time and allowing for rapid PCR reactions. In addition, a monoclonal antibody that can inhibit the activity of DNA Polymerase at room temperature has been added to the product, which can be used for Hot Start PCR to effectively inhibit the formation of primer dimers and non-specific amplification.

② Fast extension speed, using Human gDNA as template, 10 sec extension time, can amplify DNA fragments up to 4 kb; colony PCR, 10 sec extension time, can amplify DNA fragments up to 7 kb.
③ A monoclonal antibody capable of inhibiting DNA polymerase activity has been added to this product, which can be used for hot start reaction. Before the PCR reaction, the antibody binds to the enzyme and inhibits the activity of DNA polymerase, effectively inhibiting the formation of primer dimers and non-specific amplification.

④ Optimized reaction system to shorten the extension time and improve the efficiency of PCR reaction.
