Product Description
This product is ApexHF HS DNA Polymerase FS is a ready-to-use 2x PCR reaction premix. For PCR reactions, only the template and primers need to be added to the premix for amplification. This premix solution is easy to use and can be quickly configured at room temperature, minimizing human error and allowing results to be obtained in a short period of time. The product is characterized by high amplification efficiency, high sensitivity, high specificity, high annealing efficiency and fast extension speed, which can be used for rapid PCR reaction. In addition, a monoclonal antibody that inhibits the activity of DNA polymerase at room temperature has been added to this product, which enables Hot Start PCR and effectively inhibits the formation of primer dimers and non-specific amplification.

Example 1

Colony PCR amplification using this kit amplifies DNA fragments of different lengths at different extension rates, and 7 kb of DNA fragments can be amplified with an extension time of 10 sec.

Example 2

Using λDNA as template, the kit can amplify DNA fragments of different lengths at different extension speeds. 4 kb of DNA fragments can be well amplified at 10 sec extension time; 10 kb of DNA fragments can be well amplified at 30 sec extension time.

Example 3

Using cDNA as template, the kit can amplify DNA fragments of different lengths at different extension speeds. 6 kb DNA fragments can be well amplified at 10 sec extension time; 8 kb DNA fragments can be well amplified at 30 sec extension time.

Example 4

Using cDNA as a template and adding different amounts of template (equivalent to the amount of Total RNA), this kit is used to amplify 4 kb DNA fragments. When rapid amplification is performed (extension time of 20 sec), with a template amount of 12.5 ng (equivalent to the amount of Total RNA), the 4 kb DNA fragments can be well amplified; when the extension time is prolonged, the amount of amplified DNA will increase. The amount of DNA amplified will increase when the extension time is extended.

Example 5

Human gDNA was used as template and different template amounts (100 pg, 1 ng, 10 ng, 100 ng, 500 ng) were added to amplify 4 kb DNA fragments using this kit, and 4 kb DNA fragments were amplified with template amounts as low as 1 ng.
