It is a one-step RT-PCR kit with high amplification capacity, integrating the superior reaction performance of the Evo M-MLV Reverse transcriptase and Pro Taq HS DNA polymerase, formulated into Premix type One Step Enzyme Mix Ⅱ, reverse transcription and PCR reactions are completed in the same reaction system, the operation is simple and fast, the reaction process does not need to add any reagents, which can effectively reduce the risk of contamination.
This product is available in Evo M-MLV The one-step RT-PCR kit (Code No. AG11606) has been optimized for the Buffer system, which is more applicable to different templates, more efficient in amplification, more sensitive in detection, and more convenient for amplification and analysis of RNA samples.
