Product Description

This product is specialized for One Step RT-qPCR using probe method. Reverse transcription and qPCR reaction are completed in the same tube, which is simple and fast, and can effectively reduce the risk of contamination. The reverse transcriptase and buffer of this product have been optimized for a wide range of applications, especially for the amplification of RNAs with high GC content or complex secondary structures. The product utilizes the strong extension ability of Evo M-MLV II Reverse transcriptase, integration of hot start Pro Taq With the superior performance of HS, cDNA can be efficiently synthesized and efficiently and stably amplified by qPCR in a short period of time, which is very suitable for the detection of trace RNA such as viral RNA.

Example 1

Human Total RNA (200 ng~200 fg) was used as a template for One Step RT-qPCR to detect TFRC Gene (GC content 38%) using this kit.

The results are shown above:
① The amplification efficiency was 91.99%, R2= 0.9986;
② Accurate quantification can be performed over a wide template range, and the amplification curves of RT-qPCR reactions with 200 ng~200 fg Total RNA show good linearity.

Example 2

Human Total RNA (200 ng~200 fg) was used as a template for One Step RT-qPCR using this kit. β Actin Gene (GC content 58.7%).

The results are shown above:
① The amplification efficiency was 90.34%, R2= 0.9988;
② It can be accurately quantified over a wide template range, and the amplification curves of RT-qPCR reactions with 200 ng~200 fg Total RNA show good linearity.

Example 3

Pork Total RNA (100 ng~10 pg) was used as a template for One Step RT-qPCR to detect IGF2 Gene (GC content 75.2%) using this kit.

The results are shown above:
① The amplification efficiency was 94.06%, R2= 0.9998;
② Accurate quantification can be performed over a wide template range, and the amplification curves of RT-qPCR reactions with 100 ng~10 pg Total RNA show good linearity.
