Evo M-MLV RTase is a new type of reverse transcriptase specially developed by our company from M-MLV, which has strong cDNA elongation ability and can effectively synthesize 1st Strand cDNA even for RNAs with complex secondary structures, and is suitable for the synthesis of long-stranded cDNAs and the construction of full-length cDNA libraries.
